De Lo Que Nos Unió explores the bond between Jessica Carolina González and Natalia Barrientos, artists who I met during our undergrad studies at the University of Houston. Something I admired from the beginning is how their individual resilience not only strengthened each other, but also how from there, their artistic collaboration blossomed and through it, they focused on  experience of a woman who belongs to the Latina diaspora.

De Lo Que Nos Unió explora el vínculo entre Jessica Carolina González y Natalia Barrientos, artistas que conocí mientras estudiábamos en la Universidad de Houston. Algo que admiré desde el principio es como su resiliencia individual no solo fortalecía la una a la otra, pero también como de ahí floreció su colaboración artística donde buscaban resaltar la experienca de ser mujer que forma parte de la diaspora latina.
